Milaans is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only like FedEx, BlueDart, Ekart, Delhivery, Ecom, DTDC, DotZot etc within India.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA :
1. Free shipping on retail purchases above INR 350/-.
2. Cash On Delivery are chargable for all the pin codes of India.
3. Orders without customization are delivered within 2 to 6 working days for most pin codes.
4. Orders with customization requires additional days for processing.
5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at email@example.com or make a chat before ship of the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
Milaans don't take international orders.

There are 3 different modes of payment:
1. Online Payment using Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Milaans Wallets & via Razorpay Payment Gateway .
2. Online Payment using Credit/Debit Cards via Paypal
3. Cash On Delivery.
NOTE : In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents, unforeseen technical glitches, widespread diseases, natural calamities, government restrictions, transport disruptions, political unrest or festive time, we may not be able to ensure timely delivery. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order at the earliest.
